We currently offer 2 types of delivery services in Pakistan :Standard delivery takes approximately 2-3 working days; Overland Shipping takes around 3-5 Business Days

We currently do not offer Local Pickup.

No, our courier company does not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.

Kindly Follow these steps

  1. If you Pre-ordered a product, than we should have communicated the delivery date to you via email. Kindly check the email we sent you.
  2. Please track your order via the My Account page

Step 1

  • Pick a coffee you like from our vast selection of Blends and Single Origins

Step 2

  • Choose bag size; 250g or 1kg

Step 3

  • Choose whether you’d like Whole Beans or Ground
  • If you choose ‘Ground’, you’ll be further given options to choose based on brew method

Step 4

  • Add to cart and checkout
  • Pay via one of the 3 options; Bank transfer, COD or Credit/Debit Card processed via Easy Pay

Step 5

  • Enjoy the coffee and order again!

We currently accept the following local/international credit cards on our online store – Mastercard, VISA, and Visa Debit. All Credit Cards processed on www.redberryroasters.com are processed through Telenor’s Easy Paisa gateway.

Yes, you can use Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card or pay via Cash on Delivery (COD is only available in Pakistan) to pay for goods.

All our online prices include 17% GST. After you add a product to the cart and checkout the GST amount will be shown on the checkout page.

Deliveries are sent via TCS or Leopards courier and you will receive an automated email with the tracking number for your order.

For information on returning an item please Click Here. Kindly note, all sales are final and items once opened can not be returned.

We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete.We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. At Red Berry Roasters we hope that you are happy with your purchases. We take great care in dispatching your order, however we know that sometimes things can go wrong and you may need to return an item. Please follow the following procedure: We would require an image to be emailed to us providing all damage caused. Please email this to sales@redberryroasters.com. Make sure you include your reference number, a copy of your invoice and an image of the parcel you received it in. More information on Returns & Refunds.
