Returns & Refunds
We handle each return with care and aim to keep our customers happy. If something isn't right, we'll always do our best to make it right.

Coffee
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns.
That said, we want you to genuinely enjoy every bag. If you're not satisfied, please get in touch within 30 days of your order and we'll arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Equipment & Brew Gear
We accept returns or exchanges on equipment within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and unopened
- All original packaging and contents are included
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the item and photos of the packaging. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.

Subscriptions
Any changes (address updates, skips, cancellations) must be requested within 24 hours of the order being processed.
Requests after this window may not apply to the current cycle.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5β10 business days for the amount to reflect

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within a short window after being placed. Once processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
