It started on a hillside somewhere between 1,500 and 2,200 metres above sea level. A farmer picked it by hand. Then it landed with us. And that is where we get obsessive.
I started Red Berry Roasters in 2017 out of a frustration I could not shake. Great coffee existed. Pakistan just did not have easy access to it. So I learned everything I could, travelled, cupped hundreds of coffees, and built a roastery in Lahore from the ground up. Involved my whole family into this madness. Every bag we produce is 100% specialty grade Arabica, roasted by hand, sorted by hand, and sent to you with more care than most people would think is reasonable. I think it is exactly reasonable. It is the cup I drink every single day and I want to share it with all of you. I hope you taste the difference.
