ABOUT THE BEAN

A Red Berry favourite is making its way back. Our Colombia Lite is a delicate light roast from the mountains of Génova, Quindío, crafted for those who love their coffee bright, juicy, and full of character. Expect a beautifully sweet cup with blood orange, tropical fruit, and a subtle wine-like depth, balanced by a smooth, clean finish. With an SCA score of 86 and a washed process, this is a vibrant Colombian made for slow pour-overs and long, easy mornings.

FARM STORY

Grown in the mountains of Génova, Quindío, this coffee comes from one of Colombia’s most celebrated coffee-growing landscapes. The high-altitude terrain and cool mountain climate create ideal conditions for slow cherry development, helping build the sweetness and complexity found in the cup. Carefully washed and Excelso graded, the coffee captures the bright, fruit-forward character of Quindío while retaining the clarity and balance that make Colombian coffees so enjoyable. Its return to Red Berry brings back a profile that has been loved by our customers from the very first cup.
