ABOUT THE BEAN

This Brazil single-origin is a dry fermentation processed Red Catuai Arabica. Grown in the beautiful region of Minas-Gerais, this Single Origin Fair-Trade and UTZ Organic certified coffee is an exceptional full bodied coffee that has dominant chocolatey finish. We taste a delicious dark chocolate pudding like smoothness enriched with aromas of dried fruits to complement any milk based beverage. A coffee ideal for lattes and cappuccinos and also an after lunch or dinner espresso.

FARM STORY

Once famous for its 18th-century gold rush, Minas Gerais is now Brazil’s greatest coffee treasure, producing over half of the country’s exports. Farms here blend tradition with innovation, integrating advanced irrigation systems to improve consistency and cup quality. With Organic and UTZ certifications, producers adhere to sustainable agricultural practices and responsible labor standards, ensuring that this chocolate-rich Brazilian profile is not only exceptional in flavour, but thoughtfully grown from soil to cup.
